About

Hi friends!
I’m Celia Cain, PhD.

I’m a certified mindset coach, musician, book-loving researcher, and intuitive healer
with a passion for deep conversations and meaningful growth.

This is the path that shaped me.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the space where intellect meets intuition—where deep knowing and careful questioning coexist. My journey has been shaped by both, leading me to the work I do today.

Intuition has always been a part of my life, even before I had words for it. At times, it was a quiet knowing; at others, an undeniable pull leading me in a new direction.

Trusting intuition has shaped my path in ways I never expected, guiding me through loss, transformation, and healing.

My work is rooted in the belief that intuition is real, powerful, and within all of us.

I’ve learned to trust mine, and I love helping others do the same—so they can live with more alignment, clarity, and fulfillment.

My approach blends neuroscience-based mindset coaching with Heart Metta™, a gentle yet powerful energy healing modality, to create lasting transformation.

A little more about my story…

I’m Dr. Celia Cain, mentor, mindset coach, intuitive healer, songcatcher, and lifelong researcher of human experience.

I have a PhD in ethnomusicology from the University of Chicago, and I spent years as a university professor before stepping into my true calling: helping people develop their intuitive gifts.

I have trained in multiple healing modalities, becoming a certified life coach and a certified Heart Metta™ and SWEET™ practitioner. My background in research, coaching, and deep listening informs my work, allowing me to create a space where intellect and intuition come together in profound ways.

If you’ve always known you were meant for something more—but didn’t know how to access it—I can help you uncover, refine, and embrace your intuitive power.

The Values That Shape My Work and Life

I blend intellect and intuition, evidence and experience.

My background as a researcher, educator, and healer gives me a unique perspective—one that bridges the analytical and the mystical, the academic and the intuitive.

My core values are:

Integrity

Imagine trusting yourself fully and completely and knowing the wholeness and ease that comes from aligning your life and daily actions with what you value most.

Are you willing to do the deep inner work to discover who you are, what you want, and what you are capable of?

Freedom

Imagine knowing that you are always free to make your own choices and shape your own life, no matter your circumstances and regardless of the expectations of society, culture or family.

What would you do if you trusted yourself to make the right choices? Are you willing to live free of fear and in your own power?

Joy

Imagine finding joy daily, even in the smallest things. That joy comes from within you.

How easily will you heal when you feel yourself bubbling with joy in your very existence?

Strength

Imagine the comfort of resilience, knowing that whatever you face, you know you have the capacity to handle it with ease and grace.

Who would you be if you fully invest in our own power, if you discover, deep down, who you are inside?

Beauty

Imagine seeing the beauty around you on the darkest days and recognizing the beauty of creation hidden deep within the darkest people.

How would you live your life as art, as creative expression, as an act of co-creation?

Peace

Imagine knowing that within you is all the peace of the Universe, accessible to you at any moment.

How calm will you feel when you release the expectations of others and expand into your full power?

A few random facts about me…

  • I am a native Texan and a new Canadian.

  • I am a widow. My husband died of ALS.

  • I have 3 boys & a red standard poodle named Chile.

  • I am a lifelong musician—a pianist, drummer, and Native American flute player. Most of my songcatching is vocal.

  • I love reading and writing and learning new things (and chocolate).

  • I completed my BA (Honors) in 2 years and 9 months, double majoring in ethnomusicology & English.

Who will you become?

Imagine stepping fully into your intuitive wisdom. Then multiple it exponentially.

With Gratitude to the Elders & the Land

We recognize that we live, work & play on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Traditional Territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron Wendat.

We would like to pay our respects to their Elders, past, present & emerging. We also wish to acknowledge the traditional and ongoing custodians of the land and seas where you are, and honor their wisdom and stewardship.

I offer my deepest and abiding gratitude to the many Elders and performers of multiple Nations who generously mentored, taught, and guided me in throughout my life and work.
